Bo,

It might also make sense to remake the files you made today, but a little smaller. That way you wouldn't have to delete as much.
See below what ivan said.

Delete more files from the havaianas and delete some of the ones from today. Try to get the source down to 35 gb.

Thanks,
Ok, that's bad. All the decoying computers are out of disk space and crashing!! We can only have 40GB of decoy data MAX, you need to tell Bo to keep the decoy space below that. Right now, the source computer has 53.1GB of decoy data.
After Bo trims it down to below 40GB, I will need to reformat all those servers, and have them synced again.
Ivan,

For Gnutella and Fasttrack decoying, you think we're out of bandwidth? I've been trying to figure out why we're not getting good numbers for the current video campaign, where we have in the past. Maybe there's something else going on?

Thanks,
I can think of a couple of issues:
1) The mov files are larger than other files, and we're uploading them really slowly, like 10kb/s. So a lot of users won't wait for them to finish.
2) For the users that it does finish for, I'm assuming many of them don't have quicktime installed so they won't know how to play it. WMV and MPEG files, unlike MOV, will play by default with WMP .

For comparison between these wmv files and our other popular wmv files, I'll need examples of our popular wmv files. Bo doesn't have access to the popularity numbers.
