Whoopsies ... Yeah, I had run it again, with the file already in the
folder. On startup it said "We're done!" and exited out.

I deleted the file and ran it again and now it works. :)

(I guess this is what happens when you kludge a kludge with an even
kludgier kludgey kludge and then fuck it up and fix it with yet
another kludge.)

Now bring on the porn and music video thumbnails! :p
