RE: Universal Studios

Most of the issues are the same as before:

* On eMule, more than half the time, they are not connecting to
our servers...causing a lot of fails
* The ed2k servers they're picking are inconsistent, but they also
have more testers. So it's possible the new testers have new machines
which don't have our servers in them. We can determine it once we get
their updated server.mets
* They are filling in the data, but only after a week or 2 from
when they started the test. Not 72 hours after. So I can't determine
what's a pass or fail until 2 weeks from when they started the test
* On BT, they're still focusing on mininova causing a lot of
fails.

Tabish,

How are we doing on Universal Studios testing from what you can see in
their database? They haven't sent us reports in a while and it sounds
like they're getting set up to test in more countries internationally,
so that's what they're focusing on. They tell me they're still getting
failing-level results on eMule. Are they filling in all the data in
their db to show what servers they connect to? Are they still
connecting to servers inconsistent from the methodology we have from
them and inconsistent with the last server.met we got from them? I'll
ask for an updated set of server.mets when I hear back from you.

Thanks,

Ben
