The term for the contract would be for 1 year for 5 titles (protecting 4
months each title). I've been in talks with them for several months now
regarding this contract, and right now they're having their legal look
it over. Since they just assigned another person to ensure that their
titles are being protected, I'm certain that he will be checking up on
all of these current projects.

Ben,

What's the timing on a contract? Meaning when would it likely be signed
and for what term? It's best to give dates for when we need to be on
our toes for the trial.
