The fact you don't even know what you did again makes it worse. It's not about competition. I told you what I had planned and the info I was collecting, you took a piece of it and went over my head undermining me and costing Herden his job even though I had already lit into him, taken his management away and given him and the rest of the team specific instruction on what they were responsible for. I can't verify if he did it from here or do what I wanted to do today because I am trying to get Cheryl into the hospital before her Grandmother dies. I haven't even been able to open Dylan's reports but you decided to take that piece of information, make decisions and send them to Randy without talking to me first. Now I need to decide if I want to defend Herden to Randy or not, and I don't even have the info to decide if he is worth defending. Yes I know he didn't post. I knew what everyone did this past weekend and I spoke to them without letting them know I knew for a reason. I do not want them to know exactly when and what is being monitored. I want them to do what I told them to do and see how badly they want to keep their jobs.

Herden's excuse for this weekend although sympathetic is not acceptable. I didn't want to fire him yet I don't want to drop 3 out of a 6 member team with 2 extremely important projects going, one guy in Africa and one new guy. Randy wants me to step up and get things together while we look for a new guy, you decide to stay uninvolved then jump in while I'm having an emergency situation and force my hand with incomplete information and no discussion with me and you don't know why I'm pissed.

Thanks for pulling the rug ouit from under me. Your ignorant statements against Gerald this morning were inexcusably out of touch with what Rick has to deal with on a daily basis with reporting just as I have to deal with them constantly with BT. The fact that rick is a better manager is undeniable however I have quite a few other teams to deal with as well. I agreed to get another manager but in the meantime was to get the team together and.make siome replacements. The fact that you used a family emergency to. Take that away and act with incomplete information as you did frustrates me to no end. I want to talk to you in person upon my return.

I want to talk to you all Monday morning about making a Torrents Management site (Arthur should make this). We got PM 1+2, LM, and QAM... Why not make a TM that pulls some data from PM, some from LM and some from stuff Dylan, jeff and Gerald torrent-related databases. I want this location to consolidate various torrent data sources that the BT posting team should have, but don't use as well as they could because there are a lot of moving parts to BT decoying.
