Ok, I made the lock and warn shit toggles ... Basically now they're 3
radio buttons: All, Locked, and About to be Deleted.

The params are 'all' 'lock' and 'warn' ... You can treat 'all' as
just the absence of 'lock' and 'warn' if yous want.
