Additional: The files that are in the include directory now have to be
referenced by their relative path, otherwise you won't be able to see
the changes you are making.

E.g., for php/metainfo.php:

require_once( 'metadata_functions.php' );
becomes
require_once( '../include/metadata_functions.php' );

I will make these changes to my files, but you should check your stuff.
Check "require_once" at the tops of the files and anything that might be
inside the file that is called as "/something.php" (which should be
changed to "something.php".

        Gerald,

        Just made the mirrored directories. They are in
http://www.miivi.com/tsr_knight_bak (i.e.,
/var/www/html/tsr_knight_bak). I will get on the script for you to copy
them to the live site later today.
