I BCCed the two of you.
It looks like we're still within the 30-day window for another 1-2 days. Hopefully I'll get some response today and tomorrow when I'm in the office I can call them with Ty and talk through what exactly is wrong....

Subject: RE: Java Code signing certificate -- order #257218853

We're having some trouble using the signature provided us 28 April 2007. This is in regard company common name "Miivi, Inc." with order number 257218853.
We are using CentOS 4.4, with java version 1.6.0_01-b06. When trying to import the certificate using this command:
'keytool -import -alias miivi -keystore /root/keystore -file miivi.cer'

The following exception is thrown:
keytool error: java.lang.Exception: Failed to establish chain from reply

We've done a bit of research into this error, and everything basically
says that we don't have the correct public certificate. You can read
more about this here - http://access1.sun.com/techarticles/Keytool.html <http://access1.sun.com/techarticles/Keytool.html>

I will quote the relevant part of that article:
"When a certificate reply is being imported into the keystore,
keytool will check that a chain of trust can be established between
the certificate reply and a root certificate in a keystore. If a
chain of trust cannot be established, then a java.lang.Exception will
be thrown with an error message similar to "Failed to establish chain
from reply"."
Your response is greatly anticipated and we thank you in advance.
