Subject: FW: Audible Magic monitoring results - 4th week of testing in March

Results have been uploaded to \\mdfile01\public\QA\Audible_Magic\20070329 (Mar week 4) <file:///\\mdfile01\public\QA\Audible_Magic\20070329>

10 fails / 10 passes.

3 fails / 2 passes on eMule

4 fails / 1 pass on Ares

3 fails / 0 pass on DC

They didn't test BT this week.

The Ares results are close to internal results. We failed all the popular tracks and passed the relatively unpopular track (Saliva - Ladies and Gentlemen).

On eMule, they tested on our servers twice, which accounted for our two passes.

The DirectConnect results hurt us. 3 of the 10 fails were from there. (2 of 5 attempts were "not enough results"). It might be worthwhile for us to ask them to provide us with the hub/channel they connect to for each of their DC tests. That may discourage them to test as often (slight chance).

They only tested Limewire a total of 17 times this month. They're allowed 30, so we missed chances for easy passes.

For the month, we got 36 fails, which puts us 1 fail over the 20% threshold unfortunately. They haven't uploaded the test files for this week for us to manually verify, yet. Our only chance for a credit so far is for one of their fails on DC, where they used "fall out boy a scene" as the search string for Fall Out Boy - This Ain't A Scene. All their other tests were done properly using "fall out boy this ain't a scene".
