Vignette 5.5 uses "tickle"

So it's called "tickle" by people in the know; it's actually "tcl."

I spoke with a Vignette sales guy and phished for info. The versions of vignette since 5.5 use a java base, instead of a tcl base. The older vignette system generally required a lot of specialized custom development by sites to integrate tcl with vignette. So, I'm **guessing** the pain for AD is that they spent a lot of time to integrate vignette with their tcl stuff and they're hesitant to do this again moving to java.
