with ~800 tracks, 2/day is a waste of resources and probably won't tell us ahead of time there's a problem.

Tabish - come up with a way to prioritize a higher frequency of SonyBMG testing. is it not possible to test tracks from the top 50 (by demand from the other thing Jasper sent) a couple times each week and the rest of the tracks to cycle through them a couple times each month?

Hi Ben,

There are 672 uber tracks and 144 of them are singles. Attached is a list of singles tracks.

2 SonyBMG tracks out of how many? Aren't there like 1000?

Ben,

FYI: Tabish and I have spoken with Octavio and decided that we will be testing two SonyBMG tracks daily. I attached the project summary report as well as my top 50 most requested tracks (internally wise) so they can pick from it.

Thank You

Jasper,

There's a massive overview excel report that you send to Dong, right? Does it have supply and demand per project?

Tabish -- The most important projects for SonyBMG are the ones on a particular summary report that Jasper sends out to them regularly (assuming I'm not on crack about the above question to Jasper). What you should do is literally get that summary report from Jasper, sort it by demand and test the projects with the highest demand the most frequently (probably 2-3x/week) and the projects with the lowest demand the least frequently (probably 2-3x/month).
