Herden is to be responsible for this, I already talked to him about it
personally. The torrents team is ultimately responsible for picking up
these torrents for interdiction. I specifically called out Mininova as
a failure but of course all sites should be added, this has been
discussed with the torrents team several times.

Once again for those apparently not paying attention at the meetings:

Torrents team is responsible for getting all real files into the
interdiction system. The autointerdiction system is a backup system
that does not catch everything and is not perfected yet. Torrents
should be added to the system immediately when they are leaked. QA is
not responsible for getting torrents into the system. They are there to
make sure the torrents team is doing its job. They only put torrents
into the system when they have tested them and found them missing.

Herden, you are ultimately responsible for verifying this, I want you to
go through all the real files on all the sites and all the new ones that
come up that you guys did not post and make sure they are in the
interdiction system.

There are considerable amounts of non-interdicted real files. We should
formalize who is ultimately responsible for adding these to the
interdiction system. You said torrents team should be adding the real
files from Mininova. What about the other sites?

The QA team is going to try to keep track of any non-MD files out there
that look real but aren't. This way, we don't add unnecessary files to
the interdiction system. Maybe we can work with Mark and his current
tracking. Once we determine the non-real "real" files, we'll need to
filter those from the interdiction system...either hardcoded by Ivan or
we manually remove those hashes from the FTP.

Also, who are you asking below to verify the results?

These are very disappointing results given that people were here over
the weekend. I understand that Mininova is moderating heavily, however,
torrentreactor, torrentportal, and bitenova should all be 100%. Pay
special attention to those sites as well as torrentspy and Isohunt to
find out what is working and what is not. All of the mininova real
decoys should have been added to the interdiction system by the torrents
team not QA. Please verify these results as the impression I got from
you guys today was that there were not this many real copies out there.

Here are today's results. Our effectiveness dropped noticeably because
of all the real versions that were released over the weekend. The real
files will be added to our interdiction system. Please not that the
sites marked in red are sites that we are not being tested on.
