Yes, I can confirmed that the file has been renamed to non-tmp file
before I re-added to my queue.

Whenever you see that, see if the file has been renamed to no longer be
a tmp file before re-adding it to your queue.

 Randy's having a problem where files that he's downloaded disappear
from his queue, library, and history. They're still on his computer,
because if he searches for it, and goes to the media page, he gets the
Play File link. So I guess the list of files on the server is out of
sync with the app. I had him restart the app so the file list on the
server would be refreshed, but it didn't help.
