I think that 40 kB/s up is pretty standard for broadband in terms of
limits.

Well, I just did a bandwidth test and I got:

Download Speed: 11407 kbps (1425.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 550 kbps (68.8 KB/sec transfer rate)

So we could bump up the bandwidth limit to 60 kB/s or something ... I
guess it just depends what's standard.
