RE: hires

For BT Manager: I interviewed Benny Mao Monday (friend of Jonathan's with experience setting up call centers in Greater Los Angeles + Shanghai) and posted the job ad to Craigslist today (http://losangeles.craigslist.org/wst/bus/361686878.html). Ebert and my strategy is to start interviewing as early as Friday and have a couple interviews under our belts before having a follow-up interview with Benny Mao some time next week. We would like to have a BT Manager in by mid-July.
 
For the Flash/Web Developer, I'll run a couple job descriptions across Jay and see what he wants to tweak. I agree about Potts being a bottleneck.
