If you're already recording the bit rates for the bill board titles, would you query a random set of inserts (maybe limit 10000) and export for me that set? Don't worry about putting this in the global data. Universal Music Group is curious what the approximate distribution of bit rates are for files on gnutella because they're debating selling mp3s without DRM on iTunes and similar websites. This really is just a one-off. Once we get a representative data set, that'll probably be used for all bit rate questions for the next several months.
