I tried to re-create the issue last night but things were being deleted and downloaded correctly. Are all of your files locked or something? If you are trying to re-create it, be sure to capture the app's log so that I can hopefully see what's going on.

Anyone else you know of having this issue?

Yes my library is full and is deleteling old files. Could that affect the newly downloaded files showing up in the library?

I've downloaded about 10-15 new files, including the two you have,
and they both show up in my history and library.

Is your library full? Is it being trimmed with every new download?
        Anyone else having this issue?
