We're not sure because we haven't been able to dl it yet. There are
several seeds that aren't in their IP ranges...and a bunch of peers that
are in their IP ranges. It could be a decoy but it wouldn't make much
sense for them to swarm/interdict their own decoy.

Ty / Ivan / Jed,

 

If you guys have time, can you guys take a look at this torrent? Seems
like mediasentry is really effective on it although there are plenty of
seeds. They're doing something new. The speeds are incredibly slow,
although we don't see banning or interdiction taking place.

 

We're currently analyzing it, although utorrents and azureus's logs
really aren't telling us much. Hopefully more eyes looking at it can
help us figure out what's going on. Peer exchange might play a role.
