RE: MiiVi Installer EULA

Do normal installs leave EULA's or Terms of Service on the local machine? One problem could be if they alter the EULA and sue us, to protect against that we'd need to store someplace every version of the EULA we ever have -- I guess I'll do that anyway.

I can delete it after the install is done. Any reason we don't want the eula on their computer?

Serg,

Attached please find the currently approved EULA for MiiVi. Please replace the EULA you are currently using in the installer with this one. Is it possible to hide the EULA in the installer so that a file is not created in the installation directory with the EULA's .doc file?

Jay - no rush on this, but we need to have this EULA posted to the MiiVi site at /terms. Would that be a Dylan thing when miivi.com goes live?

Thanks,

Ben
