Er, how would I call it with GUID and account?

I was thinking that the application would call it with its GUID, and
then the web page would call some other thing saying "here's my
account" ... what is my listening port? And that would be figured out
by seeing which GUID it is associated with, and then getting the
latest listening port for that GUID.

Am I wrong?
