Hi Michael

Which channels do we have the rights to put out mpgs. If it is just suretone and artd that is ok too. We mainly want a little licensed content on the front of miivi to fight the spyware pr being pushed by the bit torrent sites.

The video channels are meant to only be used on the site. The content there is not intended for distribution through other means, with the exception of the deals that have been worked out previously, such as Suretone. In our current agreements, distribution through another means is not included. It's really an advertising revenue share model. These videos are not in .mpg format, but obviously could be converted. I hope that helps to explain. Thanks.

Does ArtistDirect have the right to distribute the videos on the Video Channels through any of its subsidiaries? We're wondering what video channels' content MediaDefender would be able to distribute through its video sharing site, once that site goes live. Do you have all the videos that we'd be allowed to distribute in .mpg format?
