Thank you very much for helping me sort out the Microsoft timer crack stuff with Arthur and Andrew.
With respect to what I was calling Geo ID (which is actually GUID) and User Hash, Jay showed me they are actually the same hexadecimal thing, just for some reason eMule calls them different things in two different screens. Please start recording the GUIDs on your kad data. Is this kad data currently provided to Universal Studios as part of their data feed?

I collect the file name, size, file hash and other metadata related to
the file.
There is a GEO ID used to identify the client. I am not sure if it is
the KAD ID or User Hash or neither. I am not storing it currently, but
doing that should be a simple change
I do have IPs, and there are files matching the vista timer in Kad data
We can use that for the GEO mapping
