RE: Fox Torrent Results 5/10/07

Do follow up on this, I would like to know if the database is not
reporting decoys correctly. It has been slow lately and will be
upgraded but for now there is a possibility that it is not working.

Here are the results of our Fox torrent testing. The results for these
three projects look rather poor, except for TorrentPortal which is
around 80%. All other sites are below 20% effectiveness.
