Now returning for all the ways you can call it.

Also, I turned it back to allowing more than one account to a GUID. So,
you have to call it with "add" or "del" when you call it with a account
and GUID. Otherwise, it will just ignore you. I assume that the delete
would take place from the "my account" webpage and a cute little
"unassociated" link next to the account name.
