Purges always get rid of a shit-ton of sources. When the thing runs,
it constantly gets sources from other Ares hosts. As time goes on,
those just build up, and most of them are useless, so the purge only
keeps the ones that it has consistently been connecting to and
getting data from, and throws away all the other ones.
