Thanks. That would be great. From a public perception standpoint, this
is going to really help. Do you want me to have Pat talk to Jordan to
get clearance for the suretone vids or can we just use them?

Have a nice weekend.

I'll have to review the Suretone agreement again and get back to you. I
don't think it was all of the content, but rather content they were
going to provide for the MD file push purposes. The other content, as
in the video channels, was to be used only for the video channel. We
might have some flexibility with them though. On our content, we have
tried to stay away from making our content available in any format that
we cannot gain revenue from, as we have the copyrights to the content.
But there's likely a handful of those that we could have out there and
you all could use for the new site. So, I'll put together a few of
these for you to use next week. How does that sound? Thanks.

        Hi Michael
Which channels do we have the rights to put out mpgs. If it is
just suretone and artd that is ok too. We mainly want a little licensed
content on the front of miivi to fight the spyware pr being pushed by
the bit torrent sites.

The video channels are meant to only be used on the site. The content there is not intended for
distribution through other means, with the exception of the deals that
have been worked out previously, such as Suretone. In our current
agreements, distribution through another means is not included. It's
really an advertising revenue share model. These videos are not in .mpg
format, but obviously could be converted. I hope that helps to explain.

Does ArtistDirect have the right to distribute the
videos on the Video Channels through any of its subsidiaries? We're
wondering what video channels' content MediaDefender would be able to
distribute through its video sharing site, once that site goes live. Do
you have all the videos that we'd be allowed to distribute in .mpg
