No, not until Randy says that's ok. Just tell them, "Files can all be accessed in My Library."

Are we open to explaining to people about where their videos are going and that they are all hashes (this will clearly become a predominant issue very soon)? This was just posted in the forum:

"ive been trying to download videos and its working but i wanted to know if there was any way i could save the videos on my desktop???"

Colin,

Has this been fully resolved? Can you send e-mail using @miivi.com? If not, Steve, what's the ETA on this? Colin is receiving e-mails from some of our MiiVi users already.

Thanks,
Ben

Colin:

Set up your email so that you always reply with a ckeller_at_miivi.com, dmca_at_miivi.com, or an info_at_miivi.com address respectively. I don't want MediaDefender anywhere in your email replies to people contacting Miivi. Steve and Ben can help you set up your email for this. Make sure MediaDefender can not be seen in any of the hidden email data crap that smart people can look in.

I am setting up ckeller_at_miivi.com to forward to ckeller_at_mediadefender.com.
