Benny,

Jay thinks this website stuff can just go thrugh me directly. So we'll coordinate more features, as you want them, with Arthur and Gilbert (Arthur's boss).

Thanks,
Ben

Benny,

Has anyone gotten back to you about this? This sounds like web development that Arthur could probably work on with you. He made the QA manager, which sounds similar in some ways (website, queries to PM website, etc.).

Thanks,
Ben

hello folks,

I think this may already be happening, but when you turn off BT services for a customer, could you send a ticket to let us know that services are off for a title?

.

Currently, it seems that obtaining a list of current projects with BT services on is an unwieldy query of the database.

From an organizational standpoint, I think we really need to have quick access to know what titles we are protecting.

As far as I know, the data is already there in pm1, so can we get some kind of filter or query feature on the database just to see which titles have BT services turned on?

It would also be helpful if we can filter out the titles that have interdiction too. (I’m sure this should be applied to all of the services we offer).

If I write out all the features/requirements, do you think this would be possible?

B
