Good luck with this. Just tell them the 2 systems are totally separate and send them to Gilbert.

 I talked to Gilbert, and he says they don't have spoofs and decoys sent per network. Also, they won't care about the apple to oranges stuff, they'll ask for it anyway. Unless I hear a better option soon, I'm going to tell her that the data on the reporting site is handled by the reporting dept. and refer her to Gilbert.

Yup. Gilbert's guys report number of spoofs and decoys sent out. My suggestion is to reiterate that these data feeds are completely separate from the reporting system and while spoofs and decoys sent out could be added to these feeds, they would be measurements from a different system, so the end result would be apples compared to monkeys. :p

This seems like a reporting question. Does reporting give this kind of data currently?

Hi Jay,

Is there a seperate feed that you can provide to locate the #s of decoys and spoofs on each protocol? I know you have this information per project, but is there a way to obtain this information collectively and by networks?

Hi Armen,

The data feed files contain raw data for supply and demand (including IP address) on the respective networks. The data collection system only collects supply and demand, it is not connected or related to our protection system in any way, so there is no SpoofsSent or DecoysSent data associated with the data feed files for each network.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi Danny and Jay,

Hope you're doing well. Believe it or not we are about to start the ETL development here. However me and Michelle went through file formats and found out that we are missing couple of fields from data files. Here they are:

* SpoofsSent
* DecoysSent

Can you please add them to data feed files?
