RE: moved directories -- additional

Since I moved everything around, make sure you "cvs update" your local
code before you do any work on the site. Otherwise you won't have the
changes that I made to the new dev site structure.

        Okay, I moved a bunch of stuff around. Here's where stuff is
now:
         
        Main site: same location: /
        Dev site: /tsr_knight_bak/vit_rsp
        Count pages/Filter page: /tsr_knight_bak/vrts
         
        Also, made a new page for the counts:
